Coorumburra Rural Enterprises consists of a Board of Directors and Station Staff.

Station Staff

 

       Manager : David Howard                  

Our Property Manager, David Howard is well known throughout Central Queensland through his work on Cattle Stations within the region.

After completing his education at the Rockhampton Gammar School, David worked as a Stockman and Overseer around Blackwater before taking up his first management position at Beenboona, Clermont. After a few years at Clarke Creek, David accepted our manager's position at Coourmburra and started in April 2004.

David is responsible for all the day to day operations of the property and is very involved in planning the future direction for our business.

       Frank Budby          

Frank Budby has worked as a Stockman for 20 years, a Supervisor in the Construction Industry for 20 years, Aboriginal Cultural Heritage management for 10 years and in Organisation Administration for 10 years. Frank brings a great deal of experience to the Board.Currently a Board member of Hamilton Park Nominees Ltd, BBKY Services and Dugine Mining Services.

    

         Doug Hatfield                   Trevor Hatfield              Billy Mann

Doug Hatfield has worked as a fitter and turner for 6 years before spending 12 years as a self-employed artist. He has worked in Organisation administration for 12 years and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Management for 11 years. Doug is currently studying a Bachelor of Business in Administration.

Trevor Hatfield has been a bus driver for 13 years, Farmhand with CSIRO for 2 years, involved in Organisational Administration for 12 years and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Management for 10 years. Trevor has also worked on Coorumburra at various times assisting with the Property Managment.

Chartered Accountant and Business Advisor, Mark Lewis is based in Adelaide with his company, MLSC Corporate.

Other Team Members

                   Sharon Howard

Another member of our team at Coorumburra is David's wife, Sharon who provides support.

Sharon helps out with mustering and yard work and is responsible for all computer operations on the property and day to day account management.

David and Sharon have two children, Sophie and Alec.
